The hair removal specialist is very professional and the salon is decent. Unfortunately, there's a discrepancy between the prices listed online and the prices charged in the salon.

Itβs my fourth time going there, and I can say they are incredibly kind and respectful. The appointment times are always respected, and they really take their time to do your nails exactly the way you ask. They make sure to confirm the length, shape, and color with you, which makes the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. The service is excellent and worth every penny. Thank you, ladies!
I love my american tip nails! I've gone there for many months and love their work. It only took an hour to put new nails and with great result!
Update : the service I got today was horrible!! First of all 1 hour and 45 mins for a damn refill!! The lady took so long, she was doing steps in double or tripleπ³ never seen that before. Then I go to the cash to pay and they say no debit or credit which I knew because I had gotten my nails done there before so I wanted to e-transfer by email like the last time and the lady called me a liar in front of everyone !! What the hell, that lady shouldnt be out in public with that attitude! I've been to this place twice before this time but was always with a man working there who offered impeccable service. Anyways it ended with my nail lady following me like I was a child to maxi to take out cash π³ I wanted to go to my bank but she said she'd have to go in my car hahaha so I went to maxi instead being followed π³ never again. Old: Love my new nails! My pictures are a bit blurry but wanted to show them off! The man who did my nails is a perfectionist and did an amazing job!
I got my nails done here about 2 weeks ago and while I was getting my nails done I told the woman to file my nails to make them look more rectangular and more straight more on the sides, but she only filed my nails on one hand and not the other side. After that, I kept quiet because I'm not a confrontational person and I just thought I'd deal with it. During the process she was buffing the machine on my skin. She was very fast and rough and I ended up sore and my cuticles were left dry from all the scratching from the machine. During the gel application, she applied 2 coats on my right side and 3 coats on the left side. After that, when she applied cuticle oil, she put an excessive amount of it on my nails that it was dripping. When it was time to pay, i politely told the guy that I didn't like my nails and was wondering if they could possibly fix it, and he told me to come back the next day and he'd charge me 5$ less. I told him I thought that wasn't fair for me to pay 40$ + another 40$ minus the 5$ discount because I was unsatisfied. He told me it was my fault for not saying anything during the process, and i told him that I was too scared to stand up for myself. I told him it was unfair for my to pay 80$ in total for a refill and he was rude, leaving me on the side hanging while talking to other customers. I asked if he could possibly give me a discount because I was unsatisfied and he told me he couldn't do anything about it. I even asked for just 5 dollars off because I was about to get them fixed somewhere else and he refused to do that for me. I told him he gives horribles customer service. My hands were sore for 2 days and 5 days later, the gel started chipping because of the excessive layers of gel the woman put on my nails. On the picture with the green floor, I took that picture right after my appointment in the mall near maxi with the chairs, as u can see my cuticles are still dry from all the roughness of the machine (EVEN AFTER SHE APPLIED CUTICLE OIL). The second picture is 5 days later.
